Clariscience, following interaction with the Customer (which may be of various kinds: e-mail, telephone, etc.), will respond to specific requests by providing its opinion in writing by means of a report, or by e-mail or telephone call depending on the complexity and structure of the response.

Clariscience, in order to adequately answer the specific questions posed, will provide a contact person with expertise in quality management systems who will interact with the other members of the Clariscience team, experts in regulatory affairs, communication and scientific marketing.

The person exclusively assigned to Customer may also make use of Clariscience’s network of contacts by contacting, as required, testing centres, certification bodies, notified bodies, toxicologists, clinical experts, and may also act as an intermediary in communications with competent authorities or other third parties indicated by the Customer for specific purposes.
