Clariscience offers companies a customised training service based on specific business needs. The service, in fact, is provided by defining with the company the topics to be covered, the specific aspects that the company wishes to go into in greater depth, the level of detail, the duration of the training, and the mode of delivery (face-to-face or on-the-job training).
The materials prepared by Clariscience and used as support during the training session will be drafted, for each training intervention, paying particular attention to – in addition to the training objectives – the role and background of the participants. The materials are shared, at the end of the course, for future reference and use by company personnel.
