In your daily work you will interact with people with the most varied experiences: biologists, medical doctors, biotechnologists, chemists and marketing experts. The multidisciplinary nature of work will bring you to acquire an experience difficult to find elsewhere.
The work environment is young and informal and, after an initial training period, you will find yourself working on projects that involve interaction with clients under the supervision of a more experienced colleague.
What profiles are we looking for?
The nature of our company and the approach we have chosen have as direct consequence that we do not favor a single study path when selecting and hiring our people.
Our team consists, among others, of biologists, chemists, engineers, doctors, communication experts. Broadly speaking, we are looking for people with a degree in scientific or technical subjects. Higher qualifications (Master or PhD) are evaluated positively, even if they are not indispensable.
An excellent command of written English is essential and full proficiency is required with office productivity tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
